CF blanking plates made to order

Nothing is cut out yet, I have a larger plate moulded which I take them from so can cut to any size needed. I think the tray is silightly smaller than a DIN slot because of the extra bit of space needed for the radio surround. If you can get a double DIN radio in the 4g they should be the same size, what I can do is leave a bit extra on the edge to sand off and get a good fit. You only need a bit of sand paper to trim it.

If you can get the dimensions you need I can cut it to that

how about having a go at a 4g sunroof, or just a very thin skin for the rusty ones, simply place over offensive sunroof and replace the rubber

I was thinking of doing a sunroof plug for the 5g as this should be reasonable to make. Need to take a mould of the roof line inside and out first then do some modifying to it to get a mould to take the CF from. No reason why I couldn't to the 4g too

And cooling plates! All these 4th genners have them, and stk's looks cool. CF ones would be bless, might even make all these people with the FM ones jelly

Top stuff, there's no major rush as it'll be a while before I get it painted anyway. Focus on getting a mould you're happy with
