What kind of idle valve and where could I find one? I'm really interested in this.

I don't know much about ludes but I believe your are 2wire and this is a 3wire one.

You need an IACV from a Prelude and the adapter plate for it.

Yup. If you want to use the Prelude fuel rail you will need the fuel rail adapter as well ;)

Cheers I've looked it all up but one more question do you know if a accord type r exhaust mani would bolt straight onto this?

Exhaust manifolds bolt on to the other side of the head to this. The ATR exhaust mani need the Lude front subframe cross member notched to allow it to fit.
