I bought some front lower arms from Ziyaan sent the money 1st Nov 14, when they did eventually arrive 4 weeks later he sent me both the right hand side, I let him know, he was very appologetic, said he'd send a lower left that very same day 1st December.

After 2 weeks i emailed him... no response, another week or so emailed again... no response, so finally on Monday 12th January i emailed again...

Its now 16th January still no arm and still no response from this rip off merchant

I would tell any one thinking of buying any parts from this bloke NOT TOO, he;ll take your money and you'll never hear another word

And i'll be taking further action to make sure he doesn't rip off anyone else

Paypal goods or gift?

Nothing worse than being ripped off by someone you trusted on a forum. I feel for you.

Thanks m8, stupidly a gift, been in touch with PP already, they are worse that useless, i have another avenue i'm looking into, which if it comes good it'll make sure he doesn't do it to anyone else

I got drokked over on a gift payment a few years back, never again. Paypal will do nothing and your bank/credit card offer no guarantees if using a third party for payment such as paypal.

Sadly, unless the seller does the honourable thing, you are left with your pants down.

Horse stable bolted and that, but even if it is a tenner, send £10.50 and buy as goods, not as gift. Even the most honourable person can turn out to be a coont and rip you off.

That's not on at all, especially from @Ziyaan who was always quite a regular member on here. I don't suppose it was even worth his while messing you about like this as ruining his rep like this means he's more than likely not going to sell as many items on here now.

As Shiny says, always pay as goods/services. I've never been ripped off fortunately, but having heard the horrors if it's not someone I know as an actual friend I'll work out the fees and add it to the asking price and pay as goods/services.

Hopefully this can be resolved... Or you can at least recoup some money from the duplicate arm.

Hopefully it can be sorted.....

I will chime in and say this isn't the first time this sort of thing has come up about him. I'm normally one to say keep it private but... Well it's possibly for the good of the forum to be made aware considering the number of times I've heard of issues with ziyaan.

Whilst I have no real complaints myself, I feel for the others. The item I purchased was spot on and turned up, if only a few days later as it wasn't booked for courier collection until I chased for it (and then I was lied to and said it had been booked earlier - bless tracking systems ;) ).

Seems it's a flip of the coin type thing as there are a fair few members on here with no issue. :?

Coincidentally I pointed out to another member not long ago that in Chrome address bar, if you type 'lude generation' one of the first suggestions has/had 'ziyaan' appended (and that's with all browsing history/cache cleared). Make of that what you will.

Tbh, i'm past waiting to hear if he has a reason/ excuse or whatever, he's had almost 5 weeks to answer my emails or send me a PM or post on here, or just send me the arm he promised on 1st December, but he's just ignored this, and oddly for me i've been very diplomatic, kept my temper and not abused him, so he has no reason to feel agreaved, but enough is enough so !! i've spent the last 1/2 hour filling in online forms ;) sorting him and we'll see what that brings
