5th gen fibreglass bonnet PRICE DROPPED AGAIN

i though this was a really good fit when i saw it in the flesh so to speak
felt really strong and solid not like my 4th gen carbon one which feels pretty flimsy in comparison.

are you sure thats not just fibreglass ? i dont think laquer coming off carbon or kevlar would look like that??

Thats why i took a pic through the hole for the pin. Looks like kevlar to me through that. Bonnets been painted at some point id presume during repairs an then someone wrapped it. The wrap looked crap so i removed it. Ill try get a better pic of through the bonnet pin hole when im back home.

That's woven fiber glass mate, kevlar would have cost many pounds amd probably wouldn't have been grey gel coated.

Just checked with my composites man plus another guy I'm currently drinking with whose just gotnbaxk from a composites course amd they both say it looks likelier glass.

yeah i would say its glassfibre just checked my glassfibre bonnet and it looks like that but its deffo stronger than the carbon one albeit heavier still worth the money
