Sorry to be a pain in the ass, but I just tried to send you a PM, asking to buy the strut brace, as I could not find any other way of cotacting you. At the moment, it appears that the PM has not been sent. I freely admit that I know less than nothing about bloody computers!
If yo get this message, could you please let me know, and I will send you payment straight away, assuming you havent sold it in the meantime!!
Regards

Just to re-assure... The pm will have sent. It shows in your 'outbox' until the recipient has read it, at which point, it moves to your 'sent box' :)

Many thanks for words of wisdom about the workings of the website- I think I am biologically incapable of understanding the general workings of computers, and the people who write the programs for them. I think they must be extra terrestrials.

P.S. Don't suppose you have a s/h ecu to suit a 1994 JDM BB4 auto ?? When I do a 'blink' test, the check engine light comes on, and stays on. The manual tells me that this indicates a knackered ecu. If not, any idea who could repair it??
Many thanks

Are you sure you're getting good contact across the pins on the service connector?
It is entirely possible to not get a good enough connection with a paperclip (correct sized wire is much better) or by going down the wrong side of the crimp connector inside the plug. That can give the symptoms you've described.

Hi David: I have lost your phone number somehow, so if you could let me know it again, that would be handy.
How did you get on over the weekend???
I have thought of some other bits I need, so if you send me your phone number, I will give you a ring.
Many thanks
Mike Holloway
