For sale is a type S intake as shown in the photo.
There is no air filter or lower part of the airbox.
If you fitting it a 4th gen then you want to keep your lower airbox bit as it sits a little bit lower and makes it a better fitment. If your fitting it to 5th gen then any lower section from 4th or 5th gen will do.
The flexi section has been reinforced with some sealant and tape.
The upper air box section has some marks on it.

Collection from Edinburgh is welcome or can post at cost.
