Can you take a picture through the diff where the shafts go in just to confirm it has an LSD?

M2B4 LSD box - £150
Type S cams - £60 ono.
On my other for sale post 2/3 Fuji manifold - £50.
Will soon have a 62mm throttle body for sale.

does it make sense to throw in type-s cams in h22a without any other valvetrain upgrades?

Yes - Type S/ ATR or H22A8 cams are equivalent to aftermarket stage 1 na cams
Ive these cams fitted in my BB4 H22A and they do make a difference - mind u i have type S intake and plm manifold with 2.5 decatted exhaust. Only issue can be sticking lmas when cams are first fitted.
check any cams for wear before fitting them and get the best condition/low mileage ones you can find. i would expect to pay around £100-£125 for very good ones.
