I thought the auto loom just had a few extra plugs compared with the manual loom. For TCM, and lock-up solenoids etc on the box. As far as I recall the only difference apart from extra plugs is the reverse light switch is not the same but can really easily be swapped into the manual switch.
I did an auto to manual conversion on my lude and that was the reverse switch was the only part of the loom that I had to change..
