Highly Modified ATR Inlet Manifold with Rosko Racing Parts

Post by NafemanNathan » Fri Sep 28, 2018 10:23 am

I really don't want to sell it, but being I've now got my hands on a set of ITB's it's just simply wasted in my ownership. I hope you can appreciate this isn't just another one of those ATR manifolds you can pic up for £100, I've put days and days of work into this and it is unique with some expensive parts.

These first pictures are to give an idea of what it will look like with the injectors fitted. All the open ports are now blanked off, but it will not come with the injectors or Air Temperature Sensor.

Included is...

Highly modified ATR/Euro-R Inlet manifold (£100 before modifying)
Modified DH Racing 74-68mm Throttle Body (RRP £120 before modifying)
Rosko Racing RDX Injector Specific H22 Fuel Rail (RRP £170)
Rosko Racing Euro-R/RDX Injector Adapters (RRP £30)
Rosko Racing Euro-R Throttle Cable Bracket (RRP £25)
Custom ATR/Euro-R EGR Large Blank (Rosko Racing equivalent RRP £50)
Custom ATR/Euro-R EGR Small Blank (Rosko Racing equivalent RRP £25)
Custom ATR/Euro-R IACV Blank (Rosko Racing equivalent RRP £30)

That's £550 in parts before any modifying!

All the work has been carried out to allow the inlet manifold to bolt to any H22a.

The Manifold has also been modified to run OEM RDX Injectors. These injectors have a far superior spray pattern to any other OEM injector and have proven up to 10bhp gains over OEM Prelude injectors just on their own! I will be keeping the injectors for myself, so you will need to source some more along with the correct connectors/clips to splice into your loom. (These are all readily available items).

Note, the Rosko Racing Fuel Rail will only run RDX Injectors.

You'll also need to swap over your old TPS and Air Temperature Sensor.

The DH Racing Throttle Body has been polished and tapers from a 74mm opening to 68mm. The manifold has been port-match to suit. The Throttle Body Butterfly has also been highly modified to a knife edge.

All the blanks have been custom designed by myself, so you will not find any others out there like them.

Here are the pics of everything you will get...

Again, please appreciate the time and money gone into this. I'm not going to give it away. I'm looking for £400 before shipping for a relatively quick sale.
