Is it easy to set the mileage on these?? I'd like EL dials but don't want to alter my mileage :(

It apparently can be done at home, based on some posts I read on an american forum. Never found out exactly how though, something to do with one of the chips internal to the dials. The link to the guide was broken. I gave up in the end, decided EL was worth an extra few thousand miles on the clock.

They should also have the inverter unit which provides the high voltage to the backlights.

Thats what the two white plugs on the left connect to.

Go on then, I'll give ya £20 for it. Mine's playing up & so I need to see if it is the dials at fault or something else.

I think @Nucleustylzlude knows how to reset/adjust the mileage on these.

Probably one for PM though ;-)
