Yes but that's buying direct from the manufacturer. Bit like buying stuff direct from Honda, always going to be more expensive than elsewhere.
You can buy what he's selling, the iPad 4, 32gb, black, from Ebay for £399 delivered.

Have you tried Gumtree etc?? They normally shift very well on there.
