Fantastic results for all the Performance Autoworks backed/prepared cars at this weekend's VTEC Challenge races at Oulton Park.

Heavy overnight rain meant a very slippery track surface for qualifying but thankfully everybody took account of this and drove very controlled laps.
Both races were held in overcast but dry conditions so lap times tumbled and it was maximum attack for everyone right from the lights going out.

Richard Voaden - No.24 H22 Integra
Qualified in pole position in very slippery conditions with a margin of 1.4seconds over second place man.
Rich then went on to score a pair of lights to flag outright victories which also meant a pair of "Super Tuner" class wins.
The results were topped off with a pair of fastest laps.

Dave Roberts - No.11 B16b CRX
Struggled a little in the slippery qualifying conditions but got himself a 16th position grid slot.
Dave put his race face on and when the lights went out for race one he battled his way through the field to finish a very credible 8th overall and 2nd in "P16" class.

Adam Roberts - No.11 (shared with Dave)
Due to the shared drive and qualifying regs Adam had to start race two from the back of the grid.
Lights out, Adam stormed through the field with some superb driving to nett himself a 7th place finish overall with a 2nd in "P16" class. Fantastic result for his first ever car race.

Stuart King - No.73 B18C Integra
A very creditable 14th on the grid for his first ever race meeting, especially when the conditions are taken into account.
Race one saw Stu take a sensible approach to his first race and brought the car home in a controlled 13th after a battle with a newer spec Integra DC5
Race two was a different story - first race nerves now banished, Stu battled hard through the pack to finish a superb 6th overall and 3rd in "Production" class.

A superb effort from all involved meant the team picked up a total of 5 trophies out of a possible 6 available.
All cars survived intact with only minor issues in need of attention before the next round at Silverstone in 3 weeks time. This of course means we can concentrate on improving the cars further rather than just repairing them.

Thanks should also go out to all our supporters, helpers and not forgetting our other halves, without you guys it would certainly be a lot harder to obtain these results.

Here's looking forward to Silverstone !
