I wouldn't waste your time trying to contact them.
Companies that take up this kind of practice are rarely interested in customer service of any sort. They just take a product listing, a list of keywords and 100 popular car makes, multiply it out, and bam, 500listings for the same item.
All they are interested in is shifting stock. Checking parts and fitment details takes time (and money) and they aren't interested in that as you can tell. They probably run several online shops, selling any sort of old tat they can buy on the cheap from remainder merchants or similar.
Rather than make high quality listings, with correct details, they can just sell 10 units that arent fit for the end purpose/user. Then blame you when it doesnt fit, or just not reply. They probably get away without refunding people as most items are cheap.
Its sad way for ebay to go as i like ebay and use it a lot, but its easy for the stack it high / sell it cheap brigade to ruin the experience for everyone. I mean, who really scrolls through 10 pages of listings to find a genuine listing. Ebay should really do something about it.
Congratulations to vtecmec for winning May/June's Lude Of The Month, with his DIY Turbo BB1 build.
