High mileage and a bit of rust, doesn't sound like the best example, and the pics don't give much away.

I don't see the mileage as being particularly high, but I'd worry that the pictures all seem to be deliberately hiding the driver's side of the windscreen, except for a longer shot.

Deposits to private individuals always seems like a red flag to me.
