Yes mate, suspension is interchangeable between 4th and 5th gen Preludes.

That said, I vaguely remember something about a brake line mount being in a different place or something. I don't remember it being an issue though.

Exhaust... welcome to a world of awkward. The short answer is you'll have to replace the lot.

If you're thinking of just changing the cat-back to something aftermarket then the cheapest way is to first find a 2nd hand mani/dp/cat from either a 4G or a 97-98 5G as aside from the TypeS/H22A8 everything post-cat is interchangeable.

There is a difference in mani-cat between markets though so be careful there. Providing you buy either all JDM or all UKDM from the mani to cat, then anything you buy for after will fit.

Or of course you can either buy all aftermarket and you should be OK.

Or aftermarket cat-back, custom decat, stock H22A8 will work, but at that point you won't be able to refit the cat for MOT.

Or fully custom.
