yep that looks like a good one Drax
new exhaust and timing belts done so thats the major work already taken care of.
cant see the oil leak thats mentioned so could be oil cooler o ring or rocker cover/cam end plug - shouldnt be too difficult to fix and all H22's leak dont they
rust on rear looks to be in the early stages so fixable
all in all it looks ok - maybe worth doing a auto to manual conversion

Auto BB4, that must be a rarity. Is that a sunroof as well?
Edit - and ABS & CC ?

Yep that would have been one expensive BB4
Imagine what they would have charged for all these extras
on the plus side you can decat it and it will still pass on mot - you cant do that with a BB1
