Looks a lot tidier than most of the 5th gens that come up for sale! wouldn't fancy driving on the 16 year old tyres too far though.

Looks in great condition for a UK car. Auto you can forgive but not with a 2.0. Its crying for a swap

They have probably taken the car in part exchange and this is them attempting to limit their liability. Technically, any trader selling a vehicle has to ensure it is fully road worthy (with MOT or not).
