these do not look right

for 2 reasons, no vtec lobe, and they have a dissy slot in both of them

they cant be vtec cams
Vtec cams have a big cam lobe in the middle surrounded by a smaller slight offset primary lobe and an even smaller secondary lobe

They'd be F22 or H23, and they would both have dizzy slots in as the cams are identical to save on machining costs (cheaper to make a dozen of one than half a dozen on one and half dozen of the other). You'll find the pulleys are usually the same too but marked for intake and exhaust depending on which one it is on.
