If you mean the price, iirc sellers will put a mega price on it when they are out of stock, to save removing the advert. Then reduce the price when they have more stock in. Something like that.

Yes because they know that no 1 will be daft enough to buy them at that price. Having 0 in stock will probably have an effect on the advert and ebay will pick up on it.
