Thanks, that was a fast response. I use the triangle on the plastic adjuster as a pointer to try be accurate with the number of turns from left to right. I think I am on 1.5turns from full soft front and rear.

The only thing I tend to change is that if I intend to have some fun, I ramp the fronts to 100. About a third of a turn back from that is my usual place for daily driving (which in my head, is 80 to 85%) - I could be wrong!

As far as I can tell its two full turns from softest to hardest, so each half turn is 25%. 1/3 back off sounds about right to be 85 lemon. 
I found for me running around 87.5f & 75r was what felt best. 100 front was a nightmare, even those settings I have at the moment are terrible on some of the shittier roads around here, at which point I just go fully flaccid and enjoy a bit of comfort.
