Ahh rite, just a universal jobbie. I'm sure mudgey could use his buisness and make up some full disc protectors with ducts??

They do look good and am thinking would be worth the effort, especially as I have overheated my brakes in the past, or atleast the previous owner did (it was a track slag before I bought it).

So what do people think the best way to cool discs are? Provide air flat against the braking surface or duct it towards the centre of the disc with a view to force it up through the rotor vains? I am thinking the latter. Should we cool the caliper as well?

I did look at something like this before but decided there want enough room to fit it due to driveshafts etc.. I would be interested to see if someone thought they could get it to work though.

I think the vains are throwing air out so you won't be able to force air in, a quick look at btcc set ups just show the pipes goin to the center or maybe a little on the inside of the disc?

Edit. Just re read your post and noticed you said the center aswell, so I agree it sounds good but that's on much bigger disc? Not sure there's room on our brakes?

I'm buggered as well then, Removed mine from my ATR years ago......

Plus I couldn't fit them now anyway with my big brake setup! 8-)
