civic springs on a lude?

Hello I have been told that civic springs will fit on a lude, I have a bb4 and a friend of mine is selling a set of rear 40mm drop springs, will that fit as im not sure and am to lazy to do a test fit :lol:

Im sure the spring rates would be different though. Lude weighs more.
