Apologies if this is going over old ground, but I will need to get two new tyres soon, 205/55 R15, to replace the Nexen tyres that came with the car.
Is there any difficulty in getting the alignment done with a 4WS car?
I don't want to spend a massive amount on tyres, but the Nexens aren't at all great in the wet. Does anyone have experience of Kumho Ecsta (£71 on Blackcircles) or Falken Ziex (£73) etc? Dunlops and Continentals are over £100 each but maybe its worth spending the extra??? My Vectra came with Bridgestones, and I managed to get 24,000 miles from them (steady driving and a lot of motorways), so maybe the extra expense is worth it?
Congratulations to vtecmec for winning May/June's Lude Of The Month, with his DIY Turbo BB1 build.

If you can drop to a 205/50/15 size then you can get toyo tyres for £49 each or even better uniroyal rain sport 2's for £59 each from tyres traders online - you will hardly notice any difference between 55 and 50 profiles - will drop the car a miniscule amount.
Just a thought if your on a tight budget.
You can try camskill online as well
