4th Gen, Full Polybush Help

UK roads are generally terrible (despite the amount of road tax we have to pay). Roads in Cornwall where I live are probably some of the worst in the country - speed bumps like mountains, potholes like canyons and roads with more patchwork than a scarecrow's pants ...I don't think a fully polybushed 'Lude would last a week down here.

Yup Energy Spuspension, yup just the master kit and trailing arm, and like LLL says the rear toe arm bush is not part of the kit. Only Honda will do you a bush that goes in there.

Master kit has these two parts. Where should they fit? Is their purpose to stop upper control arm from hitting the tower ? If so, there're holes on the top of the front towers, I could use them to screw this bushing. But what about rear? There are no holes there.

I have these left in the box. So would like to put somewhere or throw away

IMHO this replace ori rubber bump stops which are on shock absorbers. You will find them /or should find them under the cover inside springs on any shocks. You don't srew it but just slide it on shiny part of shock. To do it you need to remove top mount, spring and cover.

I have BC coils, so I think I won't put these bushing anywhere.
I found many pictures like these, that's why I thought it must screw somewhere.

It will work on your BC's as well. I have tein SS and also have them bump stops but because I bought them about a year ago I'm still using ori ones.

I think even if you don't have any originally fitted it will be better to have it

Ok, will need to examine how's everything mounted there and how to fit these bushings.
