As above drop links could be a good suggestion.

I was getting some odd knocks and bangs from mine, especially on speed bumps and stuff.

I had a set of new Honda drop links I bought off someone on here about a year ago sitting in the garage and I finally got around to changing them last weekend. It was a complete bitch of a job - took most of the day with a grinder to get the old nuts off - the front right one I could only get a dremel in there - fun! Allen key fittings on the outside of a car should be banned

It has made a huge difference. No more creaks and bangs it feels a lot tighter than it did before.

:) :)

It sounds like suspension top bushes clonking over road tits.

So i tried the shock knock cure, but no difference.

After taking it for a run also, im pretty sure the noise isn't as noticeable after about 5 miles, seems to get less consistent on flat roads, and not as bad on un-even roads.
