When i got my Lude it had 185/70/r14's on it so thats a 129.5 mm sidewallRattyMcClelland wrote:Not this again...![]()
The Prelude camber caster etc etc is all tuned to work with a 4" side wall (205/50 or 225/45 or 245/40)
The tyrewall is part of the suspension.
A lower profile tyre will increase response but will loose grip and stability in the corner.
215/45 or 235/40 is a good compromise.
205/40 or 205/45 is just plane skinny.
