I got brand new Conti's for the Motegi alloys a few months ago so preferably to cut costs want to go with the 17's,

Did you go for 16's because of fitment issues with the 17's or more because you wanted to run a different profile on 16's for better ride comfort etc.

I just got them at 16" because I got them cheap at that time.

Saying that, the car was nice and low with 16"s.

Holy thread revival......what colour Rota torques on a white 5g? Can't decide between bronze and gun metal grey.

Normally I would have said Bronze for a white car but as it’s Torque design, I’m voting for gunmetal grey for your white Type-S..

Trouble with gunmetal on such a bright white car is that the definition of the wheels is lost.

So you reckon bronze? They only come in white, bronze and gun metal in the size and offset I want......

Bronze would certainly be my first choice. White next, but as Ratty pointed out, if it's a different white it might not look great. Then I'd go gunmetal.
