Are the jdm 4th gen and the UK basically the same? Parts interchangeable? Panels at?

More compression and a different map on the JDM takes it up to 197bhp, compared to the UKDM's 185bhp. The JDM had a lot more options available, but came with aircon as standard, where as the UKDM didn't have it as an option at all.

Oh yes, definitely. Only difference is the rear number plate recess. Really you need a JDM boot for a JDM number plate surround. There are different fixing and light positions.

Air con was standard on 2.2 and 2.3 4G models, what the UKDM models lacked was the digital climate control of the JDM 4ths.
