So, I am leaning towards Rota Torque's in bronze. The car is white. Thoughts?

Also, should I go 16 inch or 17 inch? Assuming there is no real performance difference between the two, I want it to look the part. The car will be lowered on coilovers at the same time. This is the car :D - https://torque-gt.co.uk/car/honda-prelude-type-s/

I like dark bronze on white. Much better than silver, black or gunmetal on white in my opinion.

And I personally prefer 17's on a 5th gen.

I say silver on a white 5th gen. Matt black or bronze also work. Pure flat white doesn't as it the car is pearl white and much more yellow. Get pearl white wheels if white.

Thanks both, and the size and offset would be: 17 x 7.5”, ET45 would this be ok? And should I put 215 or 225 wide tyres on them?! Sorry about all the questions and thank you for your help, this forum is really friendly so thanks again :)

That size and offset is fine. You may want to space them out a tad if anything.

And 215/45r17 is the closest to stock.

225/40 are harder to find and 225/45's are a fair bit oversized.

To save getting spacers, should I go for a different size? If so what would you recommend?

I run 8" wide et43, so to replicate that in 7.5" you'd need to be et37. You could afford to go down to et35.

That's interesting, earlier in this thread Merlin stated:

"I have ET45 on my 5th gen which only just rubs on the tabs on the rear bumper", wouldn't this mean that et37 would stick out? I am going to lower the car on coilovers but I don't want to roll the arches or start cutting away at any of the bumper.
