I'm looking at purchasing a full set of poly bushes for my 4g.

I have found energy suspension ones for £185 or strong flex for £300.

It looks like the energy suspension ones have more pieces in the box.

Can anyone confirm which ones to go for and why strong flex are more expensive.

Strong flex also do a sport version and an oem hardness version. Would this make much difference

Also any other full kits out there.

Thanks guys
Need these asap.

I have the strong flex hard versions (yellow) fitted to my 5th gen - no complaints so far other than one has a bit of a squeek and they are rock hard.

Probably better to go with slightly softer so you get some compliance and comfort - the yellow ones increased the road noise a bit. Red/Softer is cheaper as well.

Not seen the strong flex kits.

Energy suspension include most bushes but not all. Arb bushes an rear trailing arm are separate from the master kit.

Personally I would go with the Energy Suspension ones, only as that's what most of us use.

Energy ones ordered and delivered,
How long to fit these.
Is there any "easy to fit ones" and "bloody hard to fit" ones

Thanks

Only bloody hard to fit ones. I spent 2 slow but relaxed working days with a mechanic doing them on a full lift with all tools available and a hydraulic Bush press.

The hard bit is getting the old bushes out, all of them. The easy bit is putting the new bushes in. If you know anyone with a big welding torch you can burn them out!
