I went with mtec drilled and grooved discs, and ds2500 pads all round, along with rbf600 fluid (aswell as bigger front discs/calipers from accord type R). That's for a 5th a gen but suspect ATR setup would fit a 4th gen? Not had any issue on the track with them. ATR setup gets you 300mm discs up front.

First track outing in my first 5th gen was brembo standard kit front and back all new, didn't stand a chance, over heat and pad transfer, violent juddering as a result. 1/10 would not recommend lol.

I have a set of front Bremtec grooved discs and CL rc5+ pads going spare. I did one track day and drive to and from it on them but thats it. I changed because i got a deal on a full ATR upgrade. They have been in a box in the garage for about a year so let me know if you are interested.
