Trailing arm bush ring

Post by yorke58 » Tue Feb 18, 2020 2:57 pm

Help

I have both trailing arms off and cut out the old bushing. I've kept the steal ring in place like your ment to. This remaining ring for the new bushing is rusted and there is no clean surface left. Is there away to replace the steel ring.

This picture dont look to bad but there is a few layers of rust and grinding it away will leave un even surface.

Cheers
