Sorry if this is in the wrong section,

Im about to change the fuel line/brake line in my 5th gen. I dont know the name of the tool needed to make the collar on the copper line for the push fitting for the plastic line. I can find hundreds of tools for flaring only.

cheers

I'm not sure if this will do pipe small enough - but should put you on to the right path.

I haven't looked at the fuel lines, so no idea how the plastic (rubber?) pipe is attached - possibly heated into place?

The collar (top one?) is called a bead and you need a bead rolling tool, which is linked above but I have no idea of the quality.

Is it like the on in the bottom right here? https://www.protecfuelpumps.com/fuel-ho ... connector/ ?

Yeah they have 2. There's 3 pipes which come from the fuel tank. On pipe is slip on. The other 2 have the quick disconnect. I think il have to change it to an easier way for the diyer.
Cheers
