Really? how skinny are the wheel arches on 5th gens?

Not so much how skinny they are, just if you move the wheels right out, you might end up fouling the insides of the arch at full lock perhaps? You could test by sticking a rear wheel on the front and going lock to lock.

Good point. when i think about it, all my properly low cars were on low profile or stretched tires with mega stiff coilovers so my arch was never going to get hit :P
