Camber wont do that, unless you have an issue where one wheel is at a different camber to the other. If both sides of the suspension camber should be equal on both sides. The only time I have ever felt something like what Bucks describes is when I drove cars to get a wheel alignment done and the alignment was way out. Heel/toe misalignment could be a cause.

Who did your alignment, are they competent? As asked get your alignment sheet up so we can have a look.

How low are you? What size wheels (specifically profile size)? Since I have lowered my 4G a lot more (its fully polybushed with other suspension bits) it doesnt like normal roads, it jumps around all over the place. On a smooth track its lovely

i had a simlar prob, but not on my lude, turned out to be the wheel and tyre combo, they were wider than stock and would sometimes feel just like you describe, it would also feel strange while driving over old roadworks where there was a change in road surface, maybe the extra width changed the camber or it may just be the car didnt like the wider tyres. are yours stock?

You said youve done lower arms.

my guess is with honda hardy here. it sounds like your rear tracking is off imo. that will make the rear very slippery.

most simple way to check is to reverse track the car. Front gauges on back and back on front i will add a pic shortly of the adjuster bolt.

so then his issue isnt camber it will be either toe or suspension

ok just thinking how do you adjust the camber on a 4ws because the track arms will only adjust the toe. Camber can only be adjust from either the top or bottom arms !!

Cheers for all the reply's guys
as said theres no camber adjustment on the 2ws as standard and on the 4ws the lower control arm bolt has a cam on it to adjust the camber i think.

knew i'd forget to mention something, the wheels/ tyres are 17x7.5 running 215/40 with new parada spec 2's on obviously all balanced and the cars lowered about 40mm on the eibach springs. As for the geo set up it was done at Jam Sport in northampton which ive heard mixed reviews about tbh but i do know one of the guys there and the kit which it was set up on is only a few months old. i have got the print out which ill take a pic of when i finish work later on for you lot to have a look at.

as for the trailing arms they have not been poly bushed so worth having a look to see what the damage on a set of them is. i havn't had chance to get the car in the air yet but hopefully will this weekend so ill look to see if theres anything obviously wrong with them.

thanks again and ill get the print out in a bit.
