Torque Conundrum

Hi folks,

Bit of quick one - whilst putting my knuckles back together I noticed there is difference between the torque settings of the spindle nut depending on engine type. There's also a size difference, but I believe that's because the knuckle on the ATR is slightly different. Here's a rubbish photo of the ESM

Do you think I should use the torque setting for the F series engine I originally had, or do you think the increased setting is due to the increased power of the H series and so I should set it to that?? :?

Cheers,
Josh

if the difference is size of nut or knuckle then I would go for the torque setting for the nut/knuckle you have on your car rather than engine type.

Cheers dude, I was thinking of erring on that side as I didn't want to push the spindle nut outside of it's operational limits and kill yet another part of my car
