OK, just swapped all four calipers, new pads all round, and new front discs.
Brake pedal now goes straight to the floor
I can't see brake fluid leaking out anywhere, and I'm pretty sure I tightened everything back up properly.
Only thing I can think of is master cylinder, please tell me its something else (preferably cheaper).

Did you put new brake fluid in after you changed the callipers?

Sounds stupid, but I've seen it done many times. Same with bleeding.

The mc would normally creap to the floor slowly when screwed but bleeding brakes by using the pedal can sometimes wreck the seals as the piston is goin to area that it would not normally go and they can be corroded which destroys o rings.

Proper soft.
I could probably push it down with my boner if I tried.

Exactly what I was thinking, especially as the car hasn't been driven for a while

try bleeding it properly then come back! dont push the pedal all the way to the bottom though, that will shag the seals!

I think its too late for that, its not air-in-the-system soft, its somethings-proper-drokked soft.
So my next question, are all Lude MCs the same size?
4th/5th compatibility?
