Tein coilovers

How much better are Tein Super Streets compared to Tein Basic Dampers?

Obviously you get the adjustable damping with the super streets but is it worth me upgrading from the Basic Dampers I've got at the moment?

depends how seriously you take your driving mate! basics are fine for someone who just likes to have abit of a blast down the windy roads, if you want more adjustability to fine tune your car or get into track days - upgrade ;)

The teins were a popular choice a few years back but the BC and Meister R seem to have taken over in popularity lately

Yeah they will be good enough for trackdays a fair few people have used them. The next step up is Tein Flex I think. They don't list them for preludes but if you get in contact directly with Tein I think they will make them up.

I have super streets, I wouldn't bother with basics....especially if your tracking the car. I love my superstreets, I rate them highly, totally transformed the handling.... like driving on rails.

I've already got the basics on mate but was wondering if it was a big enough step up to warrant spending the money on the super streets.
