Can anyone recommend a good supplier of stock front and rear brake discs and pads for the 2.2 VTEC 4th gen Prelude? I need some good new brake discs (i.e. ones that won't warp), but don't know any good brands or suppliers? Thanks, David

EBC are alright I think! Don't brake the bank :hurr: and perform quite well.

Brembo OE Blanks or Mtec discs are good - or Honda OEM if you can get them at a decent price.
Brembos should be about £60 for the front pair and £40 for the back pair.

As said for the front discs

I use Black Diamond predator pads on the font of mine and they work pretty well, think they were about £40 from demon tweaks on ebay

Rears I got off ebay, Can't remember how much the discs were, cheap ones though and £11 pads

Never had any problems with them

If I were buying for myself it would be:

Front discs

Rear discs

Front pads - Honda OEM (~£50) as they are a good all-rounder

Rear pads

What Merlin said!!

Hawk HP front pads are an excellent upgrade if you want a bit more bite with the pedal than OEM

Avoid ADL Blueprint for discs or pads. I've found Delphi to be a great OEM equivalent replacement.

thanks guys - I've bought the Brembo discs. Anyone tried EBC Green stuff pads, or different compound Mintex ones?

EBC greenstuff were utterly horrendous in my brothers VTEC

I use hawk HP pads with brembo discs & they are superb

I have Red stuff pads, had them for a while now and I find them pretty good. Had to shave a bit off the get them to fit properly but I think that's fairly standard with pads.
