Hi guys!

So, im looking at some very sexy 15 inch wheels for mine that a mate has currently on his EK9 type R.

I know they will fit, and they are so so nice...

Has anyone put 15's on there lude, and what are they like / will they fit over my discs etc etc!

Also, will they effect my speedo much ?

Standard rims on ludes are 15" anyway, main issues would be offset and tyre ratio - I think mine were 195-55-15 ?
Some more knowledgeable bods will be along I'm sure...

Get the details from him and post them up, there are a few guys on here that will know for sure if they will cause any issues re offset etc.

Standard wheels on the 5G prelude are not 15"!! They are 16".

You can fit OEM EK9 wheels on your car but if you have the ATR brakes then clearance might be an issue!

I have UKDM DC2 15s on my 5G. Tyre's are 195 55 15. Not sure on the offset though, think they are between 45-50, hopefully some1 can confirm.

Speedo is about 1-2mph over, so just normal. Go past those roadside speed detector things and 30mph on the clock shows 28/29mph on the detector thing.

You will be fine with 15".

Reason for me going/wanting to go on to 15's, is to get my front bumper lower to the ground. And still on coilovers, obviously =p Should look nice once done!

I also want to get mine right down, imo the 5G looks awesome with a bit front rake. 1 seized adjuster has got in the way though
