I'm thinking about lowering my BB8, but not sure what springs r best and how much I should drop her.

Any advice would be great!

eibach springs i found to be the best, i ran them on my 4th 35-40mm drop.
now i have eibachs on my 3rd gen along with tokico gas dampers,

LO :D

I lowered mine 30mm on Eibach's , pricey but i wanted to stick to standard shocks and go with a well thought of brand.
Very happy with them 8-)

Cheers ;)

I too have Eibach on Koni dampers.

The Sportline (red) springs give a larger drop than the Pro-kit (black) ones IIRC.

Would I need to replace any arms aswell? Tracking need to be redone?

I have had both Eibach and Tein. Both had very similar performance, but i have found the Eibachs easier for day to day driving.

Hope that helps :D

I just saved up for coil overs as I found standard shocks didn't last too long with just springs on

I have just fitted Lesjofors lowering springs to my 5th Gen. Have to say i'm quite impressed by the ride so far.

I know its not Eibach or Tein but my work sell hundreds of this companies standard OEM road springs. 40mm drop and a years warranty on the springs.

Have you checked to see if H&R do a kit for the prelude. Have used them previously and they were really good quality.
