Just a heads up for anyone wanting to buy new brake discs. You can get a pair of front brembo discs on ebay for £48 delivered. This is half the price of EBC and Mentex discs. I go through discs at quite a rate so im going to give these cheaper alternatives a try, being Brembo they should be good quality. Vanzep bought these a while ago.

Yeah I remember someone pointing these out. Let me know what they're like. I've actually just replaced my discs with some grooved ones from some place, so won't need any for a while.

I wasnt planning on getting new discs, my last ones have only done 1K miles. But almost a year of sitting still has left them quite pitted, im not cheese grating brand new £120 Hawk pads on them

They seem to be, the part numbers match, and as said another member bought these recently.
They are being sold by this company:

I just got round to fitting the brembos on the front on Saturday - braking performance is much improved & no shudder or squealing. Think i paid £60 delivered so £48 is a ridiculously low price.
Merlin - ive still got whats left of the front refurb kit (big red) if you need any parts - will stick it in a bag along with the slider pin and bolt - so you can pick them up tomorrow.
