Looking for a measurement of the rear suspension

Guys I need to get a measurement from the top hat of the rear suspension. I can't get at mine to measure it coz it's fitted to the car!

I need the measurement basically of the inner diameter of that nice new rubber washer on the top hat on the right. I'm making a shim like a big fat washer to go over the top of the top hat (to raise the suspension) and need to know how big the hole in the middle needs to be.

Would really appreciate it if anyone could let me know. Doesn't have to be exact as I'm expecting to have to grind it out a bit anyway. Thanks

@judderod it has a circumference of 22cm, so its diameter should be 7.002cm

No probs, I had an old scabby pair in my room. I should have thrown them out years ago
