Lude Generation

Recently replaced all four tyres on my 2.0i Lude , they had all worn on the inside and outside edges, fronts worse ,told i been running them too low on pressure.
They have lasted 5 years and approx 30k so not bad considering thay are budget ones.
Fitted the same as replacement as cash is tight

I have always put 30 psi in them ( 215/45r17 ) but been told to put 36 psi in , does this sound correct or a bit high

I usually put 32 in.

Tyre wear wont just come down to how much air is in them though.

I've always put 32psi all round. I've never had a problem with uneven wear.
Maybe something else is amiss.

as a rule have only ever ran at 32psi all us tyre fitters will always put in 32.
36 to 40 is only for pulling trailers or caravans

i run 215 45 17 and go for 32 all round. this is what rich at PAW recommended also.

On the bimmer it is 31 on the fronts and 37 on the rears and you can really feel the difference if they are all on 32.

32 all round on mine on 17's Christ knows what it should be for the soarer it runs on 235/40/18 on the front and 245/40/18 on the back. I stick to 32 on that as well unless anyone knows better?

My ATR runs 35PSI front and 32PSI rear, on 215/45/17.

The lude has excellent weight distribution - so 32 all round is A: What Honda suggest and B: Tried and tested!
