Hi dudes,

I am about to start planning to think about getting ready to prepare to fit my Teins that I got from @frontbackside2side (thanks bud) I know there were some kick ass guides on the forum that will help me do this without buggering it up... I have had a hunt round but would really appreciate someone pointing me in the direction of good thread to help me out.

Cheers guys

No worries pal :)

A little tip. Screw the spring perch down as low as it will go before you put the coilovers in to make the complete strut assembly as short as possible. Just helps you manoeuvre it into place a bit easier.

Disconnecting the antiroll bar droplinks helps too.

Hey bud, I fitted them over the weekend, so still need to do a full alignment but initial results are great, loving the stiffer ride and feel already... I've lost a bit of height as well... not too much cuz of all the speed bumps round my way, but all in all very very happy with the Teins mate thanks.

I followed this write up here for help:

Glad to hear it mate

I was pleased with them too that's why I stuck with teins but just wanted the dampening adjustment as I will be using my car on the track.

Ooops,

I took this one half way through doing the fronts... I have some before photos so I just need to take some after ones once when I get a chance, it was dark by the time I finished it, getting the back OEM shocks out the back was a fooking nightmare...
