Replacement Centre Caps?

I've grown to quite like the wheels that came with my Type S (Rays Engineering SS6) and I was toying with the idea of stripping back the not very good current paint job and refurbing them. The one stumbling block is the centre caps have been allowed to get into a terrible state by the previous owners, they look like utter gash and are rattling/loose.

I get the feeling they're going to be impossible/drokking expensive to replace and I'd probably be better off getting some new wheels?

IF you get new wheels, I'll take your old ones off your hands ;) ...seriously though, if you're doing a proper refurb get the centre caps media blasted with the wheels and they'll probably come up alright.

I thought that might just obliterate them, I guess it's worth a punt though.

I think it all depends what yo uget them blasted with mate, sand probably would destroy them, but plastic pellets may be ok.

The centre caps are at least part plastic, would that not just destroy them?

I popped off the caps today, 3 of them are actually alright and can probably just be rubbed down and painted. One of them has a strange buildup on the chromed plastic, a bit like limescale. The scale is also on the inside.

One of the good ones:

The bad one:
