I'm running set of 16x 7j rota grids 40et on 5th gen.
What size spacers could I get away with without going to far out of arch??

20-25mm easily

But depends how low you are. The lower you are the more negative camber the double wishbones will introduce.

Not got any drop at moment just thinking about doing it all at once tbh
