So as I understand it, I need the master kit and the trailing arm kit.

Is there any others I need, or is advisable to do at the same time?

Aldo, where is best to get hold of the kits?

I'm going to piggy back this thread if that's ok as I'm in exactly the same position as you.

I've done it couple years ago. I am pretty sure, both sway bars are not included. Check that.

You probably already know this, but if you're planing to buy energy suspension kit, take black one. They say it is with graphite and squeeze less, work longer. Mine black bushings hasn't seen many mile, but don't squeeze yet.

What he said.. The sway bars aren't included - I finished doing mine about 6 months ago.
If you get the master kit, you're going to want to get the trailing arms & sway bars as well. (although I didn't bother with the sway bars on mine) and that should do the lot...
Hope that helped!
Cheers
Doug

rear inner control arms are not available so if you want new it has to be oem.

I have a contact in energy suspension that sorted me out, i'll find his details.. They ship it as cheap as they can.

Hi lewd lude lover, would you mind posting his details here so I can get in contact. I'm having real problems trying to track down a supplier.
Thanks, Simon.

Reinforcing the bushes with polyurethane makes them stronger, harder, tougher etc ..but what does this mean for the rest of the car? Original bushes are to soak up vibration and remove some shock etc so if the bushes are solid does this not pass the vibrations etc on to other parts of the car?

Actually I would think twice, before doing it again. It is a joy to install them, very easy. But my Prelude is very hard now for my country's roads, witch are awful. It has BC coils set on softest position. I don't use it for racing, I drive in city mostly, and some roads are so awful, that even a limousine wouldn't help. So if your roads are not smooth like glass and you don't race your Prelude, I would suggest to install usual bushings. It's just my opinion :)
