apex lowering springs - good buy or pile of crap?#discuss

Seen set of apex lowering springs on egay going cheap worth a poke or leave well alone?
All opinions welcome

I wouldn't cheap out on the suspension, personally if your going only springs the eibach are good.
ride may be harsh or bouncy with cheap springs, I'm not really sure on the apex ones

apex springs are ok imo - fitted to standard oem shocks they should lower the car about 30mm without compromising ride quality too much - I had a set of them on my BB1 grey lude and they were fine. If your planning going out on track them id look for a set of koni shocks or full coilovers like tein, bc or meister r's

I have apex springs on my road only bb4, I find them fine . Do exactly what it says on the tin . I dont have anything to compare wirh tho.

Had them on my first lude, were absolutely fine

I use eibach springs with oem shocks, would recommend these if on a budget

Same here , they are fantastic
I have always used Eibach on my Mr2 and then my FTO now my Lude

all using oem shocks
Plenty of peops use Apex so i would think they would be fine
