friend of mine advised, tried to turn the engine over by the bottom pulley and she wont go the whole way. head is all good though

Pompey too far nits? It's only a couple of hours for you! Round the north/south circular (or M25) and down the A3. easy peasy. I can do it in that time easily, from Essex!
